Tap dancers use their feet as percussive instruments, producing rhythmic patterns and sounds that add a unique musicality to their performances.

Cheer & Tumble

Cheerleading is a sport that involves stunts, jumps, and tumbling, as well as cheering and chanting to support a team. Tumbling, on the other hand, refers specifically to the acrobatic and gymnastic moves performed on the floor, such as flips, cartwheels, and handsprings, etc.

Stretching involves gently elongating and lengthening your muscles to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall muscle function. It helps warm up the body before physical activity and can also be done as a standalone practice to promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension.

 

Cardio, short for cardiovascular exercise, refers to any activity that increases your heart rate and improves cardiovascular health. It typically involves repetitive movements that engage large muscle groups, such as running, cycling, or swimming. Regular cardio exercise helps improve lung function, strengthen the heart, burn calories, and maintain a healthy weight.

Acro

Private Lessons
